Diego Grimberg, judge at the Wroclaw Gastronomic Grand Prix

On October 21 and 22, our Executive Chef Diego Grimberg will be part of the jury for the 2nd edition of the Kulinarne Grand Prix Wroclawia in Poland, a prestigious competition that brings together the best culinary talents working in the capital of Lower Silesia.

During these days, the finalists will present a tasting menu inspired by the theme of autumn before a jury composed of renowned gastronomy professionals, including Diego Grimberg.

The competition not only aims to reward culinary excellence but also to open doors to new opportunities. The winner will enjoy a two-week stage at Hofmann Restaurant — a unique opportunity to discover our philosophy and our commitment to gastronomic excellence up close.

For Hofmann, it is an honor to take part in this event as an international reference and to share our spirit with the global culinary community.
